1. 一般條款
GENERAL TERMS
請提供簡潔明瞭的設定圖/參考圖，且具體說明您的要求。
我方保有拒絕任何委託的權利。
Please provide clear and concise reference images and a specific description of your request.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.2. 付款
PAYMENT
所有委託項目需全額預付。
訂單超過 NT$3000 / US$99，可選擇先付 50% 訂金，尾款於草稿確認後支付。
為了加強預防詐騙，我方將於訂單結束後，收回涉及我方匯款帳戶的簡訊。
可自由給小費！不影響委託品質，但會讓我方開心提升生產力:D。
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
For orders over NT$2000 / US$65, you may choose to pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due after the sketch is approved.
To prevent fraud, any SMS messages containing my bank account details will be retrieved after the order is completed.
Tips are welcome! They do not affect quality but make me happy and boost productivity. :D3. 客戶滿意度
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
草稿可免費修改3次，之後每改一次將酌收 NT$50 / US$2。
除非明顯畫錯設定或沒畫出已事先提出的需求，完稿後的重大修改將酌收訂單金額的 50% - 100%。
請確保在您的訂單中明確您的需求。
You may request up to 3 free revisions during the sketch stage. Additional revisions will incur a fee of NT$50 / US$2 per change.
Major changes after completion will be charged 50%–100% of the original price, unless the issue was caused by my mistake (e.g., incorrect character design or missing details you clearly requested).
Please make sure to clearly state your requirements in the order.4. 版權/使用政策
COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
委託作品的任何著作權屬於我方，委託人僅獲得個人使用權 (商業委託/買斷可轉讓著作權)。
可用於個人展示 (含作品內角色權利歸屬)，可印製私用周邊，需適當標註作者。
若需不公開展示，須在繪製草稿前告知，並加收訂單金額 20% 保密費。
禁止行為 (違者取消權利+公開列黑名單)：
>商業用途 (任何盈利行為)
>未經允許，擅自修改作品
>冒稱作者身份
>將作品用於任何AI活動 (例如：AI訓練、AI改圖)。
All copyright of the commissioned artwork belongs to me. The commissioner only receives personal use rights (commercial commissions/buyouts will transfer copyright).
You may use the artwork for personal display (including retaining rights to your character), print for personal use, and share with proper credit to the artist.
If you want the work to remain private, please inform me before the sketch stage, and a 20% confidentiality fee will be added to the total price.
The following actions are strictly prohibited (violations will result in loss of rights and being publicly blacklisted):
>Using the work for any commercial purpose (any profit-related use)
>Modifying the artwork without permission
>Claiming authorship of the work
>Using the artwork for any AI-related activities (e.g., AI training, AI-based editing)5. 取消/退款政策
CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
我方可隨時取消訂單並退款。
您可在以下情況內申請退款：
>我方尚未開始繪製您的訂單 (包含草稿)
>您有緊急狀況並提供合理證明。
I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at any time.
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
>I have not started working on your order (including the sketch).
>You have an emergency and can provide reasonable proof.
