I reserve the right to refuse to take on any commission, for whatever reason.2. 付款
PAYMENT
所有委託項目都必須提前全額支付。
若訂單超過2000新台幣(65美金)，您可以預付一半。
一旦確定概念草圖，您就可以支付一半的費用。
All commissions must be paid in full in advance.
With orders above 2000NTD(65USD), you're able to pay half up front.
You're able to pay half once concept sketch is approved.3. 客戶滿意度
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
我會盡我所能讓我的顧客開心。
當提供過程圖時，我可以在任何過程中進行更改。
委託完成後，我願意做一些小的改變(例如：加眼鏡)。
完成後的任何重大變化都會導致您額外付費。
請確保在您的訂單中明確您的目標。
I will do what I can to make my customers happy.
I'm able to make changes throughout the process when wips are provided.
After the commission is finished, I'm willing to make small changes (like adding glasses, etc).
Any great changes after completion will result in you being charged extra.
Make sure to be clear in your order with what you aim for.4. 版權/使用政策
COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
創作者(我)對任何作品擁有一切權利，而不是委託人；因此我可以隨心所欲地展示作品(除非委託人不允許)。
若委託人不想要作品被展示出來，請提前告知。
除非另有說明，否則受版權保護的作品僅供個人使用，例如：打印藝術作品(主張其角色的權利，而不是作品本身)，使用藝術來宣傳自己，並適當的標註創作者。
如果您以任何方式侵犯版權，您對作品的所有權利都將被收回，並公開掛黑單紀錄。
以下行為被視為侵犯版權(因此不允許)：
>使用於商業用途(以任何方式從中賺錢)。
>未經過創作者(我)的同意，擅自改變作品。
>宣稱作品是自己或他人(非創作者本人)創作的。
>拿創作者(我)創作的作品去參與任何AI活動(例如：AI訓練、AI改圖)。
The creator(me) holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner; therefore I am allowed to display it anywhere to my liking.
If the commisioner does not want the work to be displayed, please inform in advance.
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise, such as printing the art, and claiming the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself, using the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
You will be in blacklist, and your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
The following is considered Copyright infringement (and therefore NOT allowed):
>Using the work for commercial purposes (making money off of it in any way).
>Altering the artwork without my, the creator's consent.
>Claiming that the work was created by yourself or someone else (other than the creator).
>Use the works created by the creator (me) to participate in any AI (artificial intelligence) activities. (e.g.: AI training, AI image modification)5. 取消/退款政策
CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
我有權利可以隨時取消並退還您的付款金額。
只有在以下情況，您才有權取消或要求退款：
>我還沒有開始您的委託。
或者
>您有緊急情況，並可以提供一些證明。
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have the right to cancel or demand a refund only in the following circumstances:
>I have not started working your commission.
or
